キャンセル規定
ホテルでは、イベントに必要なイベントスペースを主催者が用意しています。本条項に従って主催者がホテルに支払うべき金額はすべて、請求書が発行されてから14日以内にお支払いください。 主催者は、第7条および第8条にそれぞれ定められている「離職損害金」および「キャンセル額」は、それぞれホテルが被るであろう損失の合理的かつ正確な事前見積もりであり、いかなる種類の違約金にもならないことを認め、同意します。主催者が、本契約に基づくホテルのその他の権利を損なうことなく、上記の規定期間内に「減損損金」および/または「キャンセル額」を支払わなかった場合、ホテルは、本契約に基づいて主催者に支払われるべき金額または支払われるべき金額から当該金額を差し引くか、ホテルに支払うべき債務として回収することができます。
