In general, our policy is that all fees are forfeited for cancellation. If cancellation becomes necessary, HHM should be advised immediately followed by written notification to determine if a refund is appropriate for any monies paid above the deposit amount and to release the date to allow others the opportunity to use the facility. Cancellations occurring within 4 weeks of the event will forfeit all possibilities of a refund. a. A non-refundable fifty percent (50%) deposit must be submitted with the application to secure the date. b. A $100 clean-up deposit is required which will be refunded if the premises are returned to the original condition. This fee may be paid in one lump sum or 50% paid with the rental deposit. The remaining 50% will be due with the final payment. c. The balance of the rental fee including any additional charges are due fifteen (15) days prior to the date of the rental event. Failure to submit payment at that time will void the rental agreement.
