Our event location in Utrecht is the place to be for all kinds of small and big events, live and online: from small meetings, workshops and presentations to talk shows, conferences, large business events and trade fairs. Jaarbeurs is much more than just a venue of your event. With our 100+ years of experience and expertise, we can meet your needs for any type of meeting or event. We are happy to think along about the design and implementation, and can provide everything you need: delicious (and sustainable) catering options, good technology and a personal account manager. To us, an event is only successful if the organiser and all the guests are satisfied. No matter if your event is live, hybrid or online: we are here for you. An overview of our various event facilities: - Event & Exhibition Centre: 10 halls, suitable for a wide range of activities like trade shows, events, parties and concerts - Beatrix Theatre: conferences and events up to 1.500 people - Supernova: conferences up to 1.000 people when using multiple spaces (largest area up to 440 people) - Media Plaza: conferences and business meetings up to 1.000 people when using multiple spaces (largest area up to 650 people) - Juliana: conferences up to 450 people - MeetUp: business meetings up to 240 people Located in Utrecht, the heart of the Netherlands: - 30 minutes away from Schiphol by car and train - Different four star hotels with more than 3.500 rooms by walking distance - Extra facilities in Utrecht city centre - Ample parking capacity Sustainability across the board We have a genuine drive to make our company a frontrunner in sustainability, in society and in the event industry.
