Should you cancel within 48 hours, the retention of one night is charged for all confirmed rooms. “No Show” is charged with one night of full retention of all confirmed rooms. Cancellation policy for group bookings: group reservation (five rooms and above), cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival date will not be charged.
