The Belmont Hotel’s location is really special. Just yards from the hotel entrance is the sea and Sidmouth’s lovely beach and esplanade. With a graceful air of sophistication and a timeless charm, the Belmont Hotel stands proudly at the western end of Sidmouth's striking esplanade. A former Victorian summer residence, the Belmont offers all the comfort and standards you would expect from a four star hotel while retaining the character and charm of its origins. Sidmouth's bustling town centre is just a short stroll away, yet in the manicured gardens you could be a world away as you enjoy a cream tea or a glass of wine. And on a summer's day there's nothing like taking your time over a Pimms or a light lunch on the terrace as you savour the wonderful views across the bay
