Si trova a brevissima distanza dall'uscita «San Michele all'Adige» dell'autostrada A22, circa a metà strada tra Trento e Bolzano. Il B&B è circondato dagli affascinanti meleti e vigneti lungo la Strada del Vino e dei Sapori della Piana Rotaliana - La Strada del Vino e dei Sapori della Piana Rotaliana, il percorso alla scoperta dell'offerta enogastronomica, e in particolare del Vino Teroldego: il re dei vini del Trentino. È la destinazione ideale, sia per una breve vacanza che per un viaggio di lavoro, poiché si trova lungo la pista ciclabile della Valle dell'Adige ed è un ottimo punto di partenza per un tour in moto alla scoperta del Trentino - Alto Adige, o come tappa intermedia, sia che si viaggi da nord che da sud.
