Il Crotto Di Gittana è una struttura flessibile ideale per banchetti, riunioni, feste e cerimonie, che offre una vasta gamma di servizi. Il locale è nato in un tempo lontano per offrire al pubblico i prodotti locali confezionati nei cosiddetti «crotti» (grotte). Si tratta di antiche strutture in pietra con tetti a volta realizzate per la conservazione e la maturazione di vini e formaggi, favoriti anche dalle costanti brezze fredde provenienti dalle montagne circostanti. Il ristorante concentra la sua attenzione sulla riscoperta dei sapori della nostra terra e sull'offerta di cibi genuini e di qualità. I salumi e i formaggi delle nostre valli, così come il pesce fresco del nostro lago, sono altamente selezionati e proposti sia alla vecchia maniera che in nuove ricette elaborate secondo le nostre tradizioni. La maggior parte dei nostri vini proviene da produzioni biologiche, mentre le carni provengono da allevamenti locali. Le camere ampie e confortevoli hanno arredi moderni in legno massello, pavimenti in marmo e sono dotate di ogni comfort.
