Kimpton Eventi porta una personalità vivace nella scena alberghiera di New York e nel quartiere di Chelsea. Oltre a 292 camere lussuose e 55 suite con finestre dal pavimento al soffitto, l'hotel dispone di oltre 15.000 piedi quadrati di spazi multiformi per riunioni ed eventi, che vantano un'abbondanza di luce naturale, aree interne ed esterne creative e suggestive viste sulla città da un'ampia terrazza all'aperto. Per quanto riguarda l'offerta gastronomica, il ristorante L'Amico offre un menù americano con influenze italiane, mentre lo Skirt Steak è un ristorante rustico moderno che serve un menù fisso di bistecca con salsa bernese, verdure di campo e patatine fritte illimitate. Il Back Bar, nascosto dietro la lobby, è un cocktail bar artigianale che serve cocktail creativi e libagioni stagionali.
