About us
Gansevoort Meatpacking is an iconic hotel that has called New York City’s vibrant Meatpacking District home since 2004. The 186-room hotel completed a top-to-bottom renovation in 2021, touching all guestrooms and public spaces. Culinary offerings include two full service ground-floor restaurants: The Chester American Bistro and the European-inspired Coffee + Cocktails, as well as the newly transformed year-round Gansevoort Rooftop featuring a 45-foot heated rooftop pool and terrace where guests can enjoy unobstructed, 360-degree views of the Manhattan skyline and intimate omakase concept, Saishin. The property is just steps away from the Hudson River, the High Line, premium shopping and dining, the Whitney Museum of American Art, Chelsea Market, Little Island and more.
