Arrival/Departure: The ferry ride to Governors Island is 8 minutes, departing from the Battery Maritime Building on 10 South Street in lower Manhattan Accommodations: We have three different room types available, with a total of 30 rooms on retreat. All of our accommodations include full electricity, temperature control, and thoughtful amenities to ensure your group has a comfortable overnight experience. Our Outlook Shelters include a king bed and private bathroom. Our Summit Tents include a king bed or double twin beds and a private bathroom. Our Journey Tents include a king bed or double twin beds and shared bathrooms. Please note that the shared bathrooms for the Journey Tents are standalone units (each with a full vanity, toilet, and spa style shower) and are fully cleaned in between each use. We require a buyout of all accommodations to host private events at Collective Governors Island due to the intimate nature of our retreat (2 night minimum required on weekends). An accommodations buyout can range from $12,000 - $20,000 per night (nightly rates vary by date and room type).  Venue Space: Our available venue space includes Three Peaks Restaurant, a new installed event pavilion (2022) and a private dining tents. Three Peaks Lodge can accommodate up to 75 guests, event pavilion can accommodate up to 60 guests, the private dining tents can accommodate up to 24 guests, and includes WiFi and an LCD screen with video conferencing capabilities. An event tent is required for groups with 76 or more guests. Our venue fee starts at $250 and will vary depending on date, venue space, length of use, food & beverage spend, etc. Three Peaks Restaurant is available for daytime events, Monday - Friday only. Please note that we require an accommodations buyout to host evening and weekend events at Three Peaks Restaurant. Additional cost considerations for large groups include, but are not limited to, an event tent and dining rentals, and boat transportation for non-overnight guests. Food & Beverage: We can accommodate a catered breakfast, brunch, lunch, reception, and dinner. Activities: Island excursions, including scavenger hunts, walking tours, island Olympics, bike rentals and volunteer opportunities are also available through our partners, The Friends of Governors Island.  We are generally able to offer the most competitive rates on weekdays due to high demand and limited availability on weekends.
