L'Hotel Urbano V si trova a Montefiascone, un piccolo paese dell'antica Tuscia, di fronte al lago di Bolsena. È situato in una terra che è stata la culla degli Etruschi e immerso in un paesaggio di fortezze, castelli e splendidi centri storici medievali, con una grande varietà di itinerari. Completamente restaurato nel giugno 2002, è uno dei palazzi più antichi della città, dove vissero famiglie nobili e papi sin dal XIV secolo. L'hotel dispone di 22 camere elegantemente arredate in stile classico con mobili d'epoca presenti nel palazzo stesso e dotate di tutti i comfort e attrezzate sia per chi viaggia per piacere che per affari. L'hotel dispone di una sala conferenze per un massimo di 60 delegati con servizi moderni.
