If client elect to cancel this Agreement for any reason other than a termination of cause of Force Majeure, client agree to provide written notice to Hotel accompanied by the payment indicated in the scale below. This amount does not include porterage, housekeeping, service charge and event set up fees as they will not be applicable in the event of a cancellation.
