L'Hotel del Conte è una struttura nuova e moderna adatta a una clientela che predilige design, comfort e tecnologia. Offre spazi ideali per turisti e uomini d'affari che desiderano rilassarsi pur essendo vicino al centro della città e a Sperlonga, l'incantevole località turistica della «Riviera d'Ulisse». L'Hotel Del Conte è stato progettato per garantire il massimo comfort ai suoi ospiti adottando un approccio ben studiato ai dettagli nell'uso di colori e forme e una rigorosa attenzione all'uso di materiali ecocompatibili e alla sostenibilità architettonica. L'hotel dispone di quattordici camere in totale, dodici camere doppie di varie tipologie e due eleganti suite al servizio degli ospiti tra cui scegliere. Tutte le camere sono ben attrezzate con tutti i comfort necessari per rendere memorabile il soggiorno degli ospiti. L'hotel offre anche spazi per riunioni in cui gli ospiti possono condurre le loro riunioni.
