If your event needs to be cancelled or rescheduled for any reason please advise your Special Event Coordinator immediately. Food charges will vary depending on cancellation date. In regards to room rental refunds, you will be given the option to reschedule the event within a reasonable time frame or forfeit the fee.
Additional details
The Chicopee ski hill has a maximum vertical drop of 200 ft (61 m) and was created by retreating glaciers approximately 12,000 years ago. There is an average annual snowfall of 159.5 cm (62.8 in). Winter sports include alpine skiing, snowboarding and a tubing park. In addition to winter sports, Chicopee has mountain bike trails for use during the summer months.
