Open from early in the morning until last thing at night, our Modern Scottish brasserie, One Square, serves a deliciously inventive range of seasonal favourites. From the well-stocked bar to the seasonal menus, One Square is somewhere to meet with friends and sip a G&T on the outdoor terrace.Refined, relaxed and restful, our guest rooms are perfectly suited for both business and pleasure. Bright and spacious, all feature mood lighting, opaque glass-walled bathrooms and media hubs, with many enjoying inspirational views of Edinburgh Castle. Guests on our Club Level have exclusive access to the Club Lounge, where they can start the day with a complimentary breakfast.When it comes to meetings, the Sheraton Grand’s events complex features 14 function rooms, each with integrated technology and plenty of natural daylight. Of course, nobody likes all work and no play, which is why we’d recommend some quality time in the tranquil One Spa, or an express treatment at Now, our chic urban beauty salon.
