Nizuc Resort & Spa is located at the gateway of the Riviera Maya, just a few miles from the Cancun International Airport. It is positioned on one of the most beautiful and alluring beaches facing the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef. The resort offers its guests 274 private suites dispersed throughout its 29 acre property. Enjoy the 109 pools, the luxurious suites and private villas, 6 world class restaurants, private jetty, 30,000 square foot spa and 10,000 square feet of event and meeting space. NIZUC Resort & Spa redefined luxury and exclusivity in Mexico yet it captures the essence of Mayan culture. When you sign this contract, your room nights are removed from our inventory and we consider the rooms sold. We then make financial commitments based on the revenues we expect to achieve from your full performance of the contract. Cancellation of the entire group or slippage of your room block (“Attrition”) may expose us to substantial losses. Accordingly, you are subject to the cancellation and attrition policies outlined below, which the parties intend as liquidated damages and not as a penalty: At this time, we are holding room nights for your use over the contracted dates, which will generate total revenues of (inclusive of taxes and resort fee).
