About us
The Westin Calgary Airport Hotel has the one of the largest hotel ballrooms in western Canada. It can comfortably accommodate large trade as well as association and corporate events that require more space. 18' foot ceilings and unobstructed views provide a productive and inclusive meeting space. The pre-function area will welcome your attendees into an airy, bright space featuring floor to ceiling windows bringing the sunlight into your conference, energizing your attendees and giving them an effective networking space as well as a space to recharge and energize. There are also four smaller break out rooms on the second floor easily accessed from by elevator adjacent to the ballroom. These rooms function easily on their own for smaller meetings or as part of a larger conference.The convention area itself is easily accessible from an entrance separate from the hotel for guests or from a ground level entrance at the back of the ballroom for easy set ups and tear downs.The hotel is located a 5 minute drive from the airport, providing easy access as well as a complimentary shuttle.
