Overnight accommodations are within 1 block of ASCO Headquarters: Westin Alexandria and Residence Inn Alexandria at Carlyle. ASCO Conference Center reserves meeting space within 6 months out from the date of event. ASCO Conference Center is closed on weekends and holidays.

All 4 Meeting Rooms (Salmon, 816, Carbone, & Abeloff) are divided by air walls and open up to be one large "L" shaped room.
