With a privileged location overlooking the Falésia beach (Albufeira), the EPIC SANA Algarve Hotel has 162 Rooms, 24 Guarden Suites and 43 Resort Suites. If the Event is totally cancelled, the Client will be responsible for paying a compensation to the Hotel, calculated based on the Event Estimated Revenue, at the time of cancellation, on the following terms: Number of days before the arrival date 365 days – 181 days - 15% 180 day – 121 days – 30% 120 days – 91 days – 50% 90 days – 61 days – 75% 60 days – 32 days – 85% 31 days or less – 100% In the event of partial cancellation or reduction, under the terms set out below, the Client will be responsible for paying compensation to the Hotel, which will be calculated based on the Event Estimated Revenue, on the following terms: Number of days before the arrival date > 120 days to 91 days - 20% of the reserved rooms per night, DDR, F&B services and function space per day can be cancelled without any penalty. Over this percentage any cancellation will be charged at 50% of the total rooms per night, DDR, F&B services or function space per day cancelled. > 90 days to 61 days - 15% of the reserved rooms per night, DDR, F&B services and function space per day can be cancelled without any penalty. Over this percentage any cancellation will be charged at 75% of the total rooms per night , DDR, F&B services or function space per day cancelled. > 60 days to 31 days - 10% of the reserved rooms per night, DDR, F&B services and function space per day can be cancelled without any penalty. Over this percentage any cancellation will be charged at 80% of the total rooms per night, DDR, F&B services or function space per day cancelled. > 30 days to 7 days - 5% of the reserved rooms per night, DDR, F&B services and function space per day can be cancelled without any penalty. Over this percentage any cancellation will be charged at 100% of the total rooms per night, DDR, F&B services or function space per day cancelled. > Within 6 days of the arrival or during the group’s stay Will be charged in full. When used to the maximum percentage allowed, according to the above, attrition is not cumulative, and can only be applied once. Partial cancellations/reductions contrary to paragraph above will be invoiced at 100% of the total cancelled per day.
