Cancellation Policy
ATTRITION POLICY i. Between the date of signature of the contract and 121 days prior to arrival date, 20% (twenty percent) of the space may be decreased without penalty. Any further decrease in number of rooms will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the entire length of stay (total contract price). ii. Between 120 and 91 days prior to arrival date, only 15% (fifteen percent) of space may be decreased without penalty. Not additional clause 9.2 i. Any further decrease in number of rooms will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the entire length of stay (total contract price). iii. Between 90 and 61 days prior to arrival date, only 10% (ten percent) of space may be decreased without penalty. Not additional clause 9.2 ii. Any further decrease in number of rooms will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the entire length of stay (total contract price). iv. Between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival date, only 5% (five percent) of space may be decreased without penalty. Not additional clause 9.2 iii. Any further decrease in number of rooms will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the entire length of stay (total contract price). v. Within 30 or less days prior to arrival date, any rooms cancelled will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the entire length of stay for 1 room (contract price accrue per room). vi. All cancellations must be notified to the Hotel in writing or by fax with a written receipt confirmation. vii. Room allotments can only be decreased in the same percentages/proportions in terms of number of rooms and room types held per day.
