Note • Maximum two children below 10 years sharing the same bed will be at no charge. • Children above age of 10 and above will be charged as extra person. RESERVATION POLICY All Reservation Requests must be sent to the Hotel’s Reservation Department at the email: reservations@sayajiindore.com. Hotel’s Check-in time is 12:00 Hrs and Check-out time is 10:00Hrs. Early Check-in: Rooms requiring check in prior to 12:00 Hrs will require pre-registration to guarantee check in and extra charges will apply as per hotelpolicy. Early Departure: The amount of the entire stay will be charged infull. Late Check-out: Late departures up to 1600 Hrs are available, subject to availability at 50% of the daily contracted room rate. Post 1600 Hrs, full day charges will beapplicable. NO SHOW / CANCELLATION POLICY: - Individual Travelers Cancellation of confirmed bookings must be advised, in writing, 48 hours prior to expected arrival date of guest. Any cancellation made less than above stipulated minimal shall attract retention equivalent to one night’s room plus applicable taxes. Cancellation made on the day of arrival or in case of No Show shall attract retention charges equivalent to the entire stay plus applicable taxes. BLACK OUT DATES The Hotel reserves the right to close out certain Blackout Dates for reservations and shall give written notice at least 30 days prior to each closure.
