Cancellation Policy
Upon receipt of this signed letter of agreement, the terms and conditions of this contract shall be binding upon both parties. If the mentioned group cancels after the cancellation date a fee equal to peak night's room and tax will be imposed. Should your group's room block pick-up fall below 80%, Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Indio, CA reserves the right to impose a charge equal to anticipated guest room revenue equaling the peak night's of the group's stay for each canceled room. In addition, Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Indio, CA reserves the right to renegotiate complimentary meeting and sleeping room provisions.
