Cancellation Policy
The IMA will keep 100 percent of the rental deposit if the Client cancels the event at any time. If the Client cancels an event more than 30 days prior to the event, the Client will be refunded 50 percent monies paid to the IMA, except the rental deposit. If the user requests a cancellation less than 30 days prior to the event, no monies paid to the IMA will be refunded to the Client.
