Cancellation Policy
AMENDMENTS AND PARTIAL CANCELLATION: Amendments or cancellations made to the contracted function requirements will be subject to the following cancellation charges: In excess of 90 days prior to arrival - 10% of the total estimated function charges may be cancelled without penalty. If the amount cancelled by the client exceeds 10% per day, a 20% cancellation of the total amount cancelled will be charged. Between 90 & 61 days prior to arrival - 10% of the total estimated function charges may be cancelled without penalty. If the amount cancelled by the client exceeds 10% per day, a 30% cancellation of the total amount cancelled will be charged. Between 60 & 31 days prior to arrival - 10% of the total estimated function charges may be cancelled without penalty. If the amount cancelled by the client exceeds 10% per day, a 50% cancellation of the total amount cancelled will be charged. Between 30 & 15 days prior to arrival - 80% of the total amount cancelled will be charged. Within 14 days of arrival -100% of the total amount cancelled will be charged FULL CANCELLATION: In excess of 90 days prior to arrival - 20% of the total estimated function charges as booked will be charged Between 90 & 61 days prior to arrival - 30% of the total estimated function charges as booked will be charged Between 60 & 31 days prior to arrival - 50% of the total estimated function charges as booked will be charged Between 30 & 15 days prior to arrival - 80% of the total estimated and function charges as booked will be charged Within 14 days of arrival - 100% of the total estimated and function charges as booked will be charged
