Our downtown Houston Location features four versatile meeting options in the Club Quarters Hotel, for up to 80 attendees. Whether it’s a formal business meeting, a casual social event, or something in between, the professional team at Table 7 Bistro will provide you with attentive service, full catering options, and audio/visual and meeting packages to suit your needs. Club Quarters Hotel Meeting Rooms Executive Board Room (12 ppl) - Lower Level 390 sq ft (15 x 26 x 8) Rusk Room (up to 30 ppl) 476 sq ft (17 x 28 x 8) Fannin Room (up to 80 ppl) 1036 sq st (37 x 28 x 8) Fannin & Rusk Room (up to 100 ppl) 1512 sq ft (54 x 28 x 8) FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY: All food and beverage must be supplied and prepared by Table7 and must be consumed on the premise within the time frame of the event as stated in the Catering Event Order, including alcohol. Table7 reserves the right to confiscate food or beverage that is brought into hotel in violation of this policy without prior arrangements with your Catering Manager. CANCELLATION. Cancellation of a contracted event will be outlined in the contract based on the estimated rental and food & beverage charges. TAXES AND SERVICE.
