High demand periods: Feb, July, Aug, Year-End (Dec 26-Jan 2). Low Demand periods: All US Holidays and last 5 business days of month. Deluxe and One-Bedroom Suites feature wet bar w/ microwaves-ideal for longer stays. Minimal meeting space accommodates up to 30 person meetings and/or receptions.
