- Rates are quoted in US Dollar (USD), subject to 5% service charge and 10%VAT - 50% total estimated cost would be made as deposit after signing the contract in order to guarantee the event and this cost is non-refundable. - The remaining amount would be paid within 3 days before the event takes place •- In case of cancellation less than 72hrs, prior to the function, a cancellation fee would be made at 100% of total estimated cost
