OUR GROUP POLICIES ARE: - Minimum stay 3 nights same room block - 10 rooms as a minimum on same travel dates - 1 designated contact to work on details for groups - 1 person responsible for full group payments ​*** Bedding type is not guaranteed (1 king size bed or 2 double beds). Subject to availability at the check - in.​ PAYMENT POLICY: - First deposit (10 % of the total of the group) once the contract is signed - Second deposit (80 %with the balance pending), 90 days prior group`s arrival date - Final payment (10% with the balance pending ), 14 days prior group`s arrival date ​ - Final rooming list 30 days prior group´s arrival date - All Payments must be made by Wire Transfer (we don’t accept credit cards) CANCELATION POLICY : -Whitin 91 days or more prior group's arrival, without penalty. -Between 90 and 61 days prior group's arrival, initial deposit will not be refundable. -Between 60 and 46 days prior group's arrival, group will have 1 night penalty per room. -Between 45 and 31 days prior group's arrival, group will have 2 night penalty per room. -Cancellations 30 days or less prior group's arrival, will apply no refund policy.
