Claudelands Conference & Exhibition Centre is set amongst 34 hectares of beautiful parkland and is a short 10-minute walk from Hamilton’s CBD. This award-winning venue is a unique one-site, multi-zoned facility with strong connectivity and international appeal. Claudelands Conference & Exhibition Centre, with so many configurable spaces and facilities on the one site, can cater to all conference and exhibition needs. The conference centre can host 1,200 delegates and provide up to 11 breakout rooms featuring a range of pre-function spaces. The main 1,000 sqm conference space, The Heaphy Room, seats 900 with the option to divide the room into three separate spaces. The exhibition centre is ideal for conferences with an exhibition component. It consists of 7,000 sqm of indoor space, and a total of 10,000 sqm of integrated indoor/outdoor exhibition space, complete with in-house hire services. As the third largest conference venue and the second largest exhibition centre in the country, this is a versatile venue with both national and international appeal.
