Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation of an entire booking, the following charges will apply: • 120 days or more notice of cancellation: 25% of contract value • 91 - 119 days notice of cancellation: 30% of contract value. • 61-90 days notice of cancellation: 60% of contract value. • 31-60 days notice of cancellation: 75% of contract value. • Within 30 days notice of cancellation: 100% of contract value Contract value means the complete meeting package rate multiplied by the contracted number of attendees and number of nights cancelled. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing to initiate cancellation of the contract.
