By car: - From Lausanne: take the N1/E4 highway. Exit at Vernier, Meyrin (direction Aéroport). Driving directions from the north: From Lausanne, take the A1 motorway (direction Aéroport). Exit at Meyrin on the E1 and follow the Pre-Bois road. - From Lyon (France): take the A1 motorway (direction Geneva). Then, go direction Aéroport and Lausanne. Exit at Meyrin on the E1 and follow Pre-Bois road. - From Annemasse (France): take the A1 motorway: direction Geneva, then go direction Aéroport and Lausanne. Exit at Meyrin on the E1 and follow the Pre-Bois road. - From Bellegarde (France): take direction Thoiry - Gex - France. First, follow direction Ferney-Voltaire, then take direction Meyrin. Finally, take direction Aéroport via Pre-Bois road. An underground car park is available at an extra charge (20CHF per night). By plane: A complimentary shuttle bus from the airport and back is available upon call from 4:30 AM till 11:30 PM. The shuttle stop is located on the Arrivals Level, Gate 3. By train and public transports: There are two main train stations in Geneva: The Cornavin train station and the airport train station. If you arrive in Cornavin station you can either use the train to the airport station and then use our complimentary airport shuttle bus or use the tram 14 MEYRIN or the tram 18 CERN and stop at Blandonnet (150 meters from the hotel). A free digital transportation card is send by an email 3 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy
ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY • Until 90 days prior to the arrival, 50% of the daily confirmed allotment can be cancelled without penalty. • Between 89 and 45 days prior to the arrival, 30 % of the remaining daily allotment can be cancelled without penalty. • Between 44 and 15 days prior to the arrival, 10 % of the remaining daily allotment can be cancelled without penalty. • Between 14 and 5 days prior to the arrival, 5 % of the remaining daily allotment can be cancelled without penalty. The remaining rooms will be invoiced for the total length of stay. "The arrival" refers to the first date a room is booked. Any cancellation notified in the 4 days prior to the arrival, will be invoiced at 100% of the cancelled amount. No-shows and early departures will be charged 100%. MEETINGS & CATERING CANCELLATION POLICY • Up to 60 days before the start of the event, 50% of the amount confirmed can be cancelled without penalty. • Between 59 and 15 days before the start of the event, 30% of the amount confirmed can be cancelled without penalty. • Between 14 and 7 days before the start of the event, 10% of the amount confirmed can be cancelled without penalty. Cancellation within the 6 prior to the start of the event will result in 100% of the cancelled amount being charged.
