Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation after confirmation, the hotel must be notified in writing and the amount will be calculated on a percentage basis of the total estimated revenue of Banquet based on provisional numbers as noted in this agreement and the applicable charges as follow:  100% of the total amount will be charge if cancellation is received less than 5 days before the event. Any deposits paid are included in the overall cancellation penalty.
