Cancellation Policy

A $250 facility damage deposit check (written to the City of Frisco) is required for all reservations. The deposit is not applied to the rental fees. A 50 percent of rental fee amount is due upon booking If canceled within 1 year of event the 50% is forfeited. The $250 damage deposit will be refunded if event cancelled. As long as the facilities and equipment are undamaged and the buildings are vacated on time, your deposit will be returned in full approximately 3 weeks after your event.

Additional details

Frisco Heritage Center is located at 6321 Page Street, Frisco, TX. The Heritage Center's Depot is all new construction based on the historic blueprints of the city's original train depot. The depot consists of six rooms, including the catering prep area. The main hall is approximately 2000 square feet and can accommodate dances to team banquets to elegant wedding receptions or any kind of celebration for up to 130 people
