Cancellation Policy

Group: Individual reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the day of arrival. Early departures may be subject to one night’s room and tax. Cancellation between date of signing and 90 days in advance of the event, 10% of anticipated gross revenue. If notified between 90 and 60 days in advance of the event, 25% of anticipated gross revenue. If notified between 60 and 30 days in advance of the event, 40% of anticipated gross revenue. If notified 30 days or less before event, 60% of anticipated gross revenue. *Individual cancellations of 60% or more of the total group block pick-up will result in a group cancellation and therefore subject to the above mentioned penalties less the actualized revenue. **Initial deposits given to secure space are non refundable.**
