Cancellation Policy for MICE Groups: 1.Cancellation policy will apply after the acknowledgement of the above guest room, Food & Beverage and conference arrangements on this confirmation letter. The Hotel has the right to charge on any last minute cancellations occurring (which includes guest room rate, room rental, meal arrangements, coffee/tea breaks and any requirements which involves hiring or cost to the Hotel. 2. More than 30 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the total anticipated guest room, conference, and Food and Beverage revenue. 3. Less than 30 days prior to arrival date: 75% of the total anticipated guest room, conference, and Food and Beverage revenue. 4. Less than 7 days prior to arrival date: 100% of total anticipated guest room, conference, and Food and Beverage revenue.
