Invoicing and Payment Policy a) A 50% non-refundable deposit on the rooms booked and on the estimated food & beverage requirements is required with signed contract. b) The remaining 50% deposit is required forty-five (45) days prior to group arrival. c) Any charges that exceed the full prepayment will be charged to a Company credit card at the close of the Event. The Credit Card Authorization Form is for completion and should be returned upon signing of the contract. Please be advised that all billing and charges are in Barbados dollars and are subject to foreign exchange rate fluctuations and/or rates prevailing in your Country at the transaction date. d) Between forty-five (45) days and thirty one (31) days of the groups arrival should the group be cancelled 25% of the final deposit pursuant to 7 (b) will be forfeited as a cancellation penalty. e) Between forty-five (45) days and thirty one (31) days any individual rooms cancelled will forfeit 50% of the room revenue based on the entire stay based on the room category and the balance of all prepaid amounts shall be returned to the group. f) If the entire group is cancelled thirty days prior to the scheduled date of arrival 100% of the final deposit referred to at (b) above will be forfeited by the customer. g) Thirty (30) days prior to arrival any individual rooms cancelled will forfeit 100% of the room revenue based on the entire stay based on the room categories cancelled.
