Tout a commencé en 1989 en tant que petit restaurant pouvant accueillir 40 personnes. Aujourd'hui, nous servons 200 convives avec l'exclusivité qu'ils méritent. Parler d'El Higueron, c'est parler de tentations, de dévouement au service, d'innovation sans perdre ses racines et de raffinement.
