Summer Cancellation Policy: If a cancelation notice is received ten (10) days or more prior to arrival date, the 1st night's room rent and tax/service fee is charged as a cancellation fee. If a cancellation notice is given within ten (10) days of the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Summer Festival Cancellation Policy: If a cancelation notice is received sixty (60) days or more prior to arrival date, the 1st night's room rent and tax/service fee is charged as a cancellation fee. If a cancellation notice is given within sixty (60) days of the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Winter Cancellation Policy: If a cancelation notice is received forty-five (45) days or more prior to arrival date, the 1st night's room rent and tax/service fee is charged as a cancellation fee. If a cancellation notice is given within forty-five (45) days of the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Winter Holiday Cancellation Policy: If a cancelation notice is received sixty (60) days or more prior to arrival date, the 1st night's room rent and tax/service fee is charged as a cancellation fee. If a cancellation notice is given within sixty (60) days of the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
