Villa De Rubeis-Florit is a noble 18th-century Friuli residence dating back to the 13th century. The oldest part of the villa, half of which was built underground, is the 13th-century lowered barrel vault wine cellar with many tunnels which were used long ago as underground passageways to other heritage residences or as escape tunnels.
