Politique d’annulation
EVENT CANCELLATION 1. If the Client has to cancel or postpone a confirmed event or part of the event cancellation charges will apply. In accordance to Clause 3.4 of our Standard Terms & Conditions. 2. Any cancellation, postponement or partial cancellation should be advised to the management if the venue in the first instance verbally. 3. Cancellation charges will apply according to cancellation notice given by You and will be based on total number of guests attending the Event. Cancellation charges will be applied for each day of the event and for all parts of the Event. ROOMS 100% of unsold rooms must be released back to the hotel 6 weeks prior to arrival. The Company must confirm 30 Days prior to the Arrival the number and type of bedrooms (Double, Twin, Suite) to the Hotel in writing (“the Confirmed List”). The Hotel will make every effort (but without obligation) to allow for slight increase in requirements. 14 Days prior to the Date of Arrival, a complete list of all rooms required by the Company (“the Final Confirmed List”) must be in the Hotel’s possession. This will be the final number the Hotel will cater for. If specified meals or meal times are required this must be forwarded to the Hotel 14 days prior to the Date of Arrival.
