The property extends to the sea, where a XVIII century old wall used to protect vignards and olive trees from the sea winds force and now stands as a privacy wall to the beach. The Hotel offers its guests with 76 elegantly designed, comfortable and well furnished guest rooms. All the top floor guest rooms enjoy a spectacular view of the entire gulf of Portoferraio, overlooking the XVI century Medici fortresses and the XIII century Mount Volterraio castle. Detached from the main hotel body, three special rooms have a sheltered private front yard resting on the beach's XVIII century wall.
