DEPOSIT POLICY * Room block will be confirmed upon receipt of signed contract and deposit of 10% of total estimated charges. *Payment of additional 30%, 6 months prior to group’s arrival. *Payment of additional 30%, 3 months prior to group’s arrival *Remaining total charges 30 days prior to group’s arrival *Any outstanding balance must be paid prior to group departure CANCELLATION a) From the date of execution of this Agreement to 365 days prior to the first date on the Room Night Commitment: 20% of the Estimated Total Revenue. b) From 365 days to 180 days prior to the first date on the Room Night Commitment: 40% of the Estimated Total Revenue. c) From 179 days to 91 days prior to the first date on the Room Night Commitment: 70% of the Estimated Total Revenue. d) From 90 days to 31 days prior to the first date on the Room Night Commitment: 90% of the Estimated Total Revenue. e) From 30 days to 0 days prior to the first date on the Room Night Commitment: 100% of the Estimated Total Revenue, plus any documented cancellation fees, penalties or expenses incurred by Hotel as a result of cancelling the services of any third party vendor hired by Hotel for purposes of Group’s Event. GUEST ROOM ATTRITION a) Between the date of execution of this Agreement and 180 days prior to the first date on the Room Night Commitment: up to 10% of the room block per night may be cancelled by Group without charges. Each room night cancelled above this threshold will be charged 25% of the Guest Room Rate for such room night at the contracted occupancy. b) Between 179 and 60 days prior to the first date on the Room Night Commitment: up to 5% of the remaining room block per night may be cancelled without charges. Each room night cancelled above this threshold will be charged 50% of the Guest Room Rate for such room night at the contracted occupancy. c) Between 59 and 31 days prior to the first date on the Room Night Commitment: up to 5% of the remaining room block per night may be cancelled without charges. Each room night cancelled above this threshold will be charged 75% of the Guest Room Rate for such room night at the contracted occupancy. d) Any guest room cancellations within 30 days prior to the first date on the Room Night Commitment, no shows, late arrivals and early departures: All cancelled and/or unused room nights will be charged 100% of the Guest Room Rate for such room night at the contracted occupancy.
