Welcome to Nagano Convention & Visitors Bureau.The prefectural capital of Nagano Prefecture, Nagano City, is located not far from the country's geographic centre. The 18th Olympic Winter Games were hosted in Nagano in 1998, and that event is well-known for having been held there.
