From groups of 10 to 150, Lakeway Resort's 168 guest rooms and suites offer guests everything needed to work and relax. Each room exudes the style of contemporary comfort accented by natural lighting that cascades through broad floor-to-ceiling windows. Our Vistas Ballroom is both functional and breathtaking with over 5,000 square feet suspended 150 feet over Lake Travis. This unique space can accommodate 190 for a classroom style meeting and range from 300-450 for reception and banquet based upon room set.

After the work is done, get ready for a lavish black-tie celebration or a chic little gathering. We're ready with a selection of magnificent locations: Vistas Ballroom is a sleek and modern venue suspended 150 feet above Lake Travis. With a wrap-around terrace, vaulted ceilings and dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows, this breathtaking space brings the outdoors in. Vistas accommodates up to 250 guests for a ceremony and 300 for a reception. The Rio Ballroom features mahogany wood finishes, opens to a private flagstone terrace with courtyard views and can accommodate up to 280 guests. The Colorado Ballroom, an intimate Texas-inspired ballroom with poolside terrace and wrap-around windows, accommodates up to 300 guests. The Sunset Room, perfect for intimate gatherings, features stunning views of Lake Travis and our pool complex.
