Forbes partnered with HundredX, a data analytics company to survey 201,000 U.S. residents who provided 4.2 million ratings on more than 3,000 brands. Group cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival or failure to comply with attrition clause results in cancellation fee being calculated as a percentage of lost revenue. Individual cancellation is 24 hours prior to arrival.
