From George Bush Intercontinental Airport Follow directions to exit airport towards Highway US-59 via Will Clayton Parkway. Merge onto US 59 south towards Downtown and continue for 12 miles. Take the exit to merge onto I-610 west and continue on I-610 west for 10 miles. Take exit 9B toward Post Oak Blvd and continue on the feeder road for 0.7 miles. The Post Oak Hotel at Uptown Houston will be on your right hand side. From Hobby International Airport Follow directions to exit the airport towards Highway US-45 via Broadway Street. Take US 45 north for approximately 2.5 miles and then take exit 40C for I-610 west. Continue for 15 miles and take exit 9 towards San Felipe/Post Oak Blvd. Continue on the feeder road for 0.7 miles. Make a u-turn on Post Oak Blvd (under I-610). The Post Oak Hotel at Uptown Houston will be on your right hand side.
