We are following the guidelines of the Center for Disease Control and have taken the necessary steps to ensure that the appropriate health and safety measures are in place. Hilton CleanStay with Lysol program builds upon Hilton’s already high standards of housekeeping and hygiene, where hospital grade cleaning products and upgraded protocols are currently in use, to ensure Hilton guests enjoy an even cleaner and safer stay from check-in to check-out. As part of the Hilton CleanStay program, here is what you can expect during your stay: 1. Communication with you reservation details and explanation of the CleanStay program. 2. Honors rewards members can use the Digital Check-in and Digital Key through the Hilton Honors app to bypass the front desk and go straight to your room. Non-honors members will notice enhanced cleaning and hygiene standards at the front desk. 3. Seating has been arranged to accommodate social distancing. You will see our team members cleaning and disinfecting more frequently. Signage encouraging social distancing and explaining the CleanStay program will be placed throughout the lobby. 4. As you approach the elevator, you will see hand sanitizing and disinfection stations with disinfecting wipes available for your use. 5. Meeting room set ups that allow for social distancing and live streaming capabilities. 6. As you approach your rooms, you’ll see that is has been sealed by housekeeping after deep cleaning and disinfection. This confirms that no one has accessed the room since it has been cleaned. 7. You will see messaging on mirrors clings that outlines extra cleaning and disinfecting for ‘high-touch areas”, a sealed TV remote control and disinfecting wipes. Printed collaterals and materials have been removed from the room. 8. You will experience seating arranged to accommodate social distancing, order for sanitized or single use menus. We may cooked to order breakfast only to minimize contact. 9. The equipment has been arranged to accommodate social distancing. You’ll notice increased availability of disinfectant wipes with proper signage. 10. You can either check-out directly through the Hilton Honors app or by calling the front desk.
