At Eindhoven Central Station , a total of 6 meeting rooms are available to rent, accomodating between 1 and 30 guests. Politique d’annulation

When the guest is cancelling the short stay use of offices, meeting rooms and/or videoconferencing services, the guest must pay all charges for which we are liable to third parties (e.g. equipment suppliers… but not limitative). In addition to this we have the following cancellation charges: • If you cancel the Agreement more than 7 days before the start of the event: no cancellation fee is applicable. • If you cancel the Agreement less than or equal to 7 days before the start of the event: 50% of the total booking price will be charged. • If you cancel the Agreement within 48 hours before the start of the event: the total booking price will be charged.
