Boston Red Sox Spring Training In 2003, Lee County proudly partnered with the Boston Red Sox. Seeing the Red Sox at JetBlue Park at Fenway South is an event not to be missed. Major League Baseball’s Spring Training Grapefruit League schedules and ticket prices will be released mid-November. Group and season tickets go on sale in late December of each year. Single game tickets will go on sale in late December/early January. Hammond Stadium Hammond Stadium has been the Spring Training home of the Minnesota Twins since 1991. The stadium was recently renovated to include more shaded areas for sunny games and an expanded gift shop to enhance the fan experience. When the Major League season begins, Hammond Stadium transforms into home field for Minor League team the Fort Myers Miracle.
