One of the four signature restaurants opened in partnership with Mario Carbone’s Major Food Group, The Flamingo Grill is a tribute to the mid-century American grills popular in South Florida’s Golden Age. And there is no shortage of ways to build up an appetite. Harborside Pool Club is a water wonderland with three pools, a lazy river, waterslides, luxury cabanas, and a kids club. For golfers there is the par-71, 18-hole golf course, so naturally beautiful it’s part of the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary. The Racquet Club has 16 tennis courts and 6 pickleball courts. And, for those who know what’s good for them, the Forbes Five-Star Spa Palmera is a 50,000 square-foot sanctuary of pampering and calm offering everything from a spa-pool garden to ritual baths.
